How we think about our community

El Baúl is a space built on trust. These rules exist so that everyone can publish and buy with confidence. Breaking them may lead to listings being removed or the account being suspended.

How people treat each other

• Treat other people with respect. Harassment, discrimination or intimidation have no place here.
• Do not impersonate other people or create fake accounts.
• Do not try to close a deal off the platform to bypass the rating and support system.

Prohibited content

• Illegal, stolen, counterfeit items or items you cannot legally sell.
• Duplicate, misleading or false listings.
• Third-party advertising unrelated to buying and selling on El Baúl.
• External links, personal contact details or exact locations before an agreed meeting.

Moderation and sanctions

The moderation team reviews reports and flagged listings. In the event of an infringement we may warn you, remove the content or suspend the account depending on the severity and how often it happens.

Right to reply

If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, you can explain your side through the support channels. We will review the case carefully.
