How do I get started?

Create a free account with your email address. Once you are registered you can search for items, save them as favorites and publish your own listings.

How do I publish an item?

Press the sell or publish button, add good-quality photos and a clear description: the title, category, price and location are the most important fields for your listing to be found.

How do I contact a seller?

Open the listing you are interested in and use the contact button. A private chat opens where you can agree on the price, the meeting place and the time of delivery.

Does El Baúl charge fees?

No. El Baúl is a non-profit organization and publishing or contacting is free. The project is funded by clear advertising and, if paid services were introduced in the future, we would announce them in advance.

I have a problem with my account

If you cannot log in, have forgotten your password or believe your account has been compromised, write to us through the platform support channels and we will sort it out.

How do I report a listing or a profile?

Every listing and profile has a report option. Choose the reason and the moderation team will review it. You can also write to us directly with the link to the content.
